Inflowence tool, operated by Inflowence s.r.o. interacts with users primarily through WhatsApp. We do not maintain traditional user accounts with passwords.
If you wish to have your phone number, chat history, and any information submitted via our forms permanently deleted from our systems, you can do so at any time using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Via WhatsApp (Fastest)

Open your WhatsApp chat with our business number.

Send us a message containing the exact phrase: "DELETE MY DATA".

Our team will process this request, confirm deletion, and terminate the chat.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to privacy@inflowence.cz from the email address you may have provided us, and include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
We will process your request within 30 days. You have successfully removed your app activities and data from Inflowence.
